Our Web Design/ Website Development Process

The consultation
We ask that you fill out this client questionnaire. We will need content from you as well. We will then begin the initial design.

The initial design
This process can take as little as 3 days to have you choose your respective theme or approve the homepage design for custom packages.
03.
Your Revision Requests
Feel free to use all 3-revision request if needed. We’re sure to come up with something that you’ll be happy with in moving forward.
04.
The Final Stages
Once we come up with a layout, design, and development that you’re happy with, we will ask that you sign a Docusign for record keeping purposes.
05.
Secure Payment
We also require full payment before we migrate the website to your host and domain. When you’re ready to pay, we will send you a link where you can pay for the services rendered.
06.
Delivery
At this point, we’re done. You can contact us within a month’s time from when we migrated your website to help troubleshoot any problems you may have with your website.

Ecommerce websites require more time to create. Pages that other website types do not require have to be added like shop, cart, checkout, and a product page for each product being offered. Payment gateways have to be integrated as well. They’re more complicated and painstaking.

We can provide stock photos that you can keep on your website. If you need stock videos on your website we can provide short-timed stock videos for you. (images provided for most plans BUT not all) Images not provided for the DIY plan. Place holder content and images provided for the DIY plan must be replaced and cannot be kept on your website.
We are not a web hosting company, but we do have experience working with a few of them that are available. We created a page on this website entitled “Our Web host Picks”that will give you some suggestions based on our experience with each host. We tell in detail what each web host has to offer, different pricing plans, which plan is right for which type of website, etc.
No, we are website designers. Copywrite or website content is a different skill set especially if you need keyword focused content and SEO optimized content. We can outsource professional copywrite services for you at a fee. We can then upload the content to each webpage for you at no extra cost. You also have the option of hiring your own copywriter and providing us with that content and we will upload it for no additional cost to each webpage as well.
We build websites for the WordPress platform only. We hope to build Shopify websites in the near future.
